PAYING FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

Deposit. A deposit of one third of the Tariff is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due exactly 6 weeks prior to your holiday.  (If you're booking less than 6 weeks before your stay we will require the whole fee at the time of booking)

How To Pay. By Credit Card from the link on our website. If you wish to pay by any other means, that can be easily arranged, please contact us.


CANCELLATIONS

Important Notice: Once your booking has been confirmed your deposit will be non-refundable.

If you cancel your stay more than 6 weeks prior to your stay and you have already paid in full then we will refund the balance of payment minus the deposit.

If you cancel your stay any later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking we will only be able to refund the balance of payment (minus the deposit) if we successfully re-book the property which we will endeavour to do.


Changes to Your Booking.  We will endeavour to accommodate changes to your booking if we are in a position to do so.

 
YOUR HOLIDAY

Arrival & Departure. The property will be ready for your arrival after 4pm on the day of commencement of your stay, as shown on your confirmation. We would ask that you vacate by 11.00am on the last day of your stay unless prior arrangement has been made.

Linen,Towels etc. The house is equipped with pillows, duvets, sheets and bath towels, bath mats and tea towels, none of which are to leave the premises. Guests will need to supply their own beach /swimming towels.

Utilities. Charges for reasonable usage of electricity and water and gas are included in the tariffs quoted unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation. To use the telephone you need to purchase a Carte Telecom (French phone card), they are available throughout France in Tabacs/Newsagents. Mobile telephone coverage is good.

Damage, breakages etc. Guests are liable for replacement costs of any significant breakages, damage, theft or loss that take place during their stay, normal wear and tear excepted.

Pets. Please inquire if you would like to bring a pet.

Before You Leave. Due to the limited time available to our cleaning staff we expect that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your holiday, washing up done, rubbish bagged and left outside, floors swept and furniture left in its original position. In the event that the property is not left in this condition, you may be charged a cleaning fee.

Group Size.  Under no circumstances may the number of persons at the holiday home exceed the maximum number of guests as stated in the holiday confirmation.

In the unlikely event that we cannot provide the property for your booked stay, our obligations will be limited to refunding all monies payed to date.
